Smile like you mean it : Celebrities edition

The intention of today's post is to bring a smile in your face, and you smile like you mean it!

Runway Inspiration: Victoria Beckham Fall 2013

Last sunday, Victoria Beckham showed her Fall/2013 collection during NY Fashion Week and for what I've read, it was praised a lot.  Many critics say that it was inspired in the 60's but with a little something extra from Victoria.

The colors that were all over this show were grays, camel, black and taupe with a touch of purple and yellow in some cases making it a very neutral palette.

You can watch the full runway on Vogue, Elle or any of those magazines, that is why, to do something different, I have created some looks inspired by this show as we, the mortals, cannot afford this pricey pieces but that does not limit us from getting ideas from them :). Hope you like it!

Valentine's : Don't forget about friends

We always see many articles/post, etc. about what to give to your loved one, but people often forget that Valentine's is not just about that special someone ( boyfriend ) but it can also be about friends, family, co-workers, etc. .  It's a day to say '' I'm not emotionally dead, I have feelings and I like you '' in a non-romantic way.

Spring colors : The Fashion Lemonade

Last week I posted about the color of the year, which is EMERALD, and I mentioned that there are other colors that have been selected for spring/2013, so, in this post we´ll talk about the lemon zest color, which is practically a yellow.

Shoes that work !

We've always had those moments when we face the closet and think '' I don't have anything to wear!!! '' and on top of that, you're late for work. Yep, happens to me many times.

In this post, we'll be discussing SHOES!, more specifically, shoes that WORK!, of course, all shoes work, but the ones that will be listed below are shoes for the casual worker kind of girl, that sounds weird, rephrase: for the girl that works in a casual work environment?. This post will be about casual day at work! ( Shoes edition ) that's it!

New Girl - when awkward is cute !

Hello ! Did you enjoy the weekend? Did you have the time to check the Super Bowl? Honestly, I only like it for the half time show ! I admit that I don't understand American Football but I do admit that I go crazy over the show...

What did you think about Beyonce? Good or great? I think it was great but not as great as Madonna last year, but that's just me.

Anyway, today we'll talk about the show New Girl with the adorable Zooey Deschanel, have you seen it? I totally love it, it's extremely funny, makes my day every time!

This post is about some issues I have at work:  I freeze in my desk! the A/C is way too low and by the end of the day my hands are frozen...So, I have to recur to sweaters to keep me a little warm. Does this happen to you?
